Soliciting Suggestions

So I just bought myself a ticket to Ireland for the end of January, so I can kidnap my best friend away from her stupid boyfriend and bring her back to the United States, where she belongs, and before heading out to Kells, where they live, I'll be spending two whole days in Dublin all by myself. Now, I know you're all a bunch of jet-setters, so I'm looking for recommendations of the eating, drinking and sightseeing variety.
