Just to clarify

Hypothetically speaking, if, after two years of negotiations, I were to drink a whole lot and then let a boyfriend take naked pictures of me, and then he and I were to break up, and then I were to demand all prints and negatives, and he were to refuse, and I were to threaten him until all requested materials were handed over, and he were to email me seven years later and ask if he might have some of said naked pictures for an art project he's working on, I would say no.
